Parents wishing to enroll their children in any of our programs can contact the school to meet with the administrator or use the forms below to begin the registration process.  Completed forms can be e-mailed or turned in to the school.  A summer letter is sent out to enrolled families containing school supply lists and more back-to-school information.

A copy of a birth certificate must also be brought in during initial registration.
  Parents of students coming from another school will also have to submit a request
for a records transfer.
