It is with great excitement that we announce we will once again be offering our summer session program, "Cardinal Quests".  Our 2025 summer program is available to students ages 3-9.  All programs are set up with younger kids in mind, but allow opportunity for older kids to learn.  All children must be potty trained.  

 

The summer program will start on June 9th, 2025.  The school will be closed on July 4th in observance of Independence Day.  The summer program will wrap up on August 8th, 2024, thus giving our staff time to finish setting up their classrooms.  

 

Each day of the summer program will give students a chance to be engaged academically, while also providing ample time to run and play outside.  Snacks and  lunches would need to be sent to school with your child(ren).  If you plan to keep your child enrolled for a full day, rest items such as a pillow and mat or sleeping bag would need to be provided as we  offer a chance for the kids to rest or relax in the afternoon for 45 - 60 minutes.

 

The summer program is offered daily from 7:30am - 4:30pm during the weekdays within the dates stated above.  Children may be enrolled for a half day or full day.  Half day pick up (or drop off) would be at noon.  Any students still at school after noon would be considered a full day enrollment and be billed accordingly.  Rates for the 2024 program are as follows:  each half day will be $25 and each full day will be $45.  A $45 non-refundable deposit per child is also due upon enrolling, which will later be applied to their first week's attendance fees.

 

We kindly request that you think ahead to how you would like to enroll your child and let us know so that appropriate staff levels can be maintained.  You can choose what days you would like your child to attend, and if you need to mix and match half and full days (say you need a full day on Thursday, but only half days on Monday and Tuesday) you are able to do that as well.   Enrollment will be on a first-come, first-served basis and priority for enrollment will be given to current St. John Lutheran School students and families before enrolling any other families.
